She has a very low entry floor, but an absurdly high ceiling for mastering her (from my testing, second only to Anivia). She plays a lot like Orianna, and her skills are set up fairly similarly. The big difference is that instead of using Command:Attack to reposition balls, you're simply spawning new balls at a point and doing a small aoe at said point. It gives her some really good harass potential, but it also makes the way you zone someone out a bit different. You can actually ult someone with 8 orbs, once you have full CDR. It isn't easy to get the hang of, but if you do, it's pretty much a guaranteed kill. She also has great cc potential, and isn't easy to gank in lane. Overall, I don't think she's as powerful as release Zyra or Diana, but I think she's pretty damned strong. If you ever master her, you should be able to beat nearly anyone with her. Her biggest counters in lane are probably along the lines of what Zyras are: Fizz, Galio, LeBlanc, Ahri,Vlad. Anyone who has dashes, blinks, or good escape tools can be a real pain in the ass to deal with.
