So we know that MS is gradually shutting down server support for the 360. Does Bungie Great and Powerful have any plan to allow us to transfer our profiles piecemeal or in total from one OS to the next if we have to? I'm one of those "wait until they stop catching fire" sorts of electronics guys, so my copy is 360 by default.
Bare minimum, is there some way to transfer DLC or at least the preorder bonuses?

All I know is that characters will transfer between 360 and One, and PS3 and PS4, but not between Xbox and Playstation
