Did anyone else see ign/moreconsoles videos http://youtu.be/QDr6HU-2cgElink I think what it means is that the level cap on having to have a level for gear is 20 but after u get to 20 you can still level up but it doesn't matter cause u can use any guns after 20 but it still shows your level as like 29 or whatever it is but it doesn't matter for guns/armour
