Hello I have a question here sorry if it already has been asked. But is it true that some dlc will be exclusive for only the ps3 and ps4? And not be brought to the xbox.

The dlc on launch will be a timed exclusive, until fall of 2015. Also playstation players get some exclusive content on the expansion passes. So it kinda sucks for us xbox players.
