They still classify it as a destructive habit, since it continues nicotine addiction, and they address it as a threat to younger people.
...But the good news is that this endorsement may pave the way for more smokers to take up vaping instead of trying (and often failing) cold turkey or patches.
Do you know anyone that has used e-cigs to break a conventional smoking habit?

My friend moved from normal cigs to e-cigs but very quickly moved back. Apparently they taste worse and they're more expensive. Needless to say he hasn't quit.
