I know that we can store it, but my question is do we get access to all three armors (Vanir, Argus, Manifold Seeker), or do we only get to pick one?
Another question knocking in my brain is do we get to customize the color of our armors? Because that would be bonerific

Yes. The exclusives attach to your psn account. You'll get it with all your characters under your psn account.

The way I'm takin that's what shaders are for I'm not positive about that but if so I think legendary and exotic gear color is set

You get to use them all and you can get shaders in the game to change armor color
