I find it so interesting how strong of friendships and communal bonds can be made from playing games with friends and strangers alike. I was wondering where everyone's origins came from in terms of gaming. For me, my first game was Altered Beast on the Sega Master system. My dad picked this up for me in the 80s when I was only 4. We kicked ass together and it was pretty graphic for a 4 year old to play. Punching and kicking zombies and beasts that exploded into pieces lol It was rereleased on the Sega Genesis (which I still own). It's still a lot of fun to play today too.
So what is everyone's story here?

My dad already had the Atari, Intellevision and most likely NES before I came around, so the first game I played was any one of the games on those consoles. I remember games like Night Stalker, Circus Circus, Pitfall, Utopia, Pacman, and others (I can't think of the titles of off the top of my head) as being part of the collection of games I played in the beginning. I've been fortunate enough to watch the progression of technology as I've grown throughout my life. It's been interesting, to say the least.

Started on a sega genisis and my first game was Shaq fu and tht is honestly the best game ever! (You never forget your first game!)Then I got mighty morphin power rangers then got sega channel and i was so young idk how to play all those games I remeber playing eco vecterman, ahhh real monsters I can honestly say if sega channel was still around? I would revert to a little baby and reframe from growing up! I think all company's should do something like sega channel where u pay a subscription fee and can play all and I mean ALL the games on tht available system no matter the region
