Coeur de Pirate. I discovered her through Child of Light (she worked with Ubisoft on the soundtrack), and wow she's great. I can barely understand any French but she's utterly fantastic. She sings in English sometimes too, and while her accent is rather heavy sometimes she's still great. So, do as the title says and post music artists that aren't that well-known to the general public.
