I've definitely curbed my posting since I retired, you could go as far to say since the update though really. Are there still offsites people are posting on? A lot of people seem to feel the same way. There was an update just recently thought right? It seems to have ironed out a lot of the big issues, but I haven't checked to see if they have given us any real control back.
