Because it's not free if we have to preorder Call of Duty for the shader. We could just cancel the preorder, but it's a hassle.

I'm saying for a very large number of people it is not a hassle. I drive by two Gamestops atleast 5 times a week.... so why wouldn't I get it, when I have to lend them 5$.
