That could be right, maybe they don't enforce that rule or they don't do it for all digitel preorder codes. Its just odd that it clearly states on their website that- [b]Note[/b]: An order cannot be cancelled once the pre-order item or code has been supplied.

Yeah. Maybe it's just a scare to minimize the amount of cancelled pre-orders. Eh, idk. Can this shader be attained in-game? If so, I see no need in even attempting to get it :P.

Nothing is confirmed...so we probably won't know if it can be attained until the game launches which luckily is less than 2 weeks!
