I don't think it will be available by regular gameplay.
In fact, you won't be able to use te shader until level 20, a trait shared only by...

Well, I don't see it saying anywhere that it will be available through regular gameplay, but it could be. Those are some nice shaders, by the way.

Edited by possum__jenkens: 8/29/2014 1:11:47 AMits an in game item marked as legendary. so that leads me to the conclusion that you can get in game through regular gameplay. even if it is an exclusive, it will only be so for a year. just like the red sparrow. so for me its not worth the $5. but like i said it's your money. (oh and you're right, those shaders are pretty sweet).
