Gamestop is a completely different entity to PSN, as they do not share the same network details for when you pre-order something.
If you want to cheek you're Destiny pre-order log into your Gamestop account to see it.
Also if you had pre-ordered the " digital guardian edition " on you're PSN account, would see it on your PSN account. :D
