Using Time Travel, IA reverses the global damage done by South Floodia's manic "crusades." IA then puts an irreversible time-lock on their territories; preventing them from ever being attacked/destroyed in the past, present, and future. Time-based weaponry is now useless on IA homelands. Using time travel, we also wipe out South Floodia at the start of their country. We then take the territories that would have been occupied by South Floodia as our own.

The dude built an indestructible drill that destroyed one planet and nearly destroyed another. HE'S the one who started the dick measuring contest. Also, it's not OP as Time Travel is even listed as a technology.
