Quick Question?
Due to the fact that raids (endgame) require 6 players. How exactly are we going to coordinate the teams?
A suggestion if I may,
Unless you coordinated with others, we could have schedule raids. However that would require others to check this clan page often.
You could have a post listing the teams. If those who are assigned cannot make it or something else. Then they could cancel their spots.
Again, a suggestion.

Best way to sort raids i think would be find people in similar time zones with similar gaming hours and get to know eachother. When i go into the raid for the first time i will be purely scouting and playing a support role, just so when we try a second time we will stand a greater chance of completing it. The best way i believe of taking raids is forming a solid fireteam of 3 and try to pair with another fireteam of 3 in PvP or mix and match members. We all have different playstyles.
