Wondering what our average life expectancy is.
Very Nutritious:Natural, well cooked meal with fruits, vegetables, protein, all that jazz. Also, no soda/sweets/chips
IE: Deli sandwich with wheat bread, light sauces, and loaded with veggies. An orange, and water/juice.
Kind of nutritious Meal with some fruits or veggies, an alright source of protein (Such as peanut butter, sandwich meat, well cooked beef, or high protein veggies)
A small amount of junk food is permissible
IE: peanut butter jelly sandwich, an apple, and a soda/chips
Not too nutritious Food with little to no balance of nutrients, and a high amount of "bad stuff"
IE: fast food, ramen noodles, hot pockets, soda, and sweets.
If you eat less healthy food than the "not too nutritious option tell us.

I don't eat lunch...
-
I don't really eat lunch anymore, I have an oat and nut bar, a pepperami and some juice. So, very nutritional I guess
-
Ramen noodles ftw
-
Pizza rolls, cookies, and water
-
Does junk food sound nutritious to you?

Sandwich, apple, carrots, ounce of chocolate, apple juice.
-
Pork cutlet with an orange honey glaze with mashed sweet potatoes and broccoli cheddar soup

Very nutritious lately. However there's not much but fast food near my new college so I'm wondering how long it will last.
-
I made some panfried noodles today. I would say they were kin of nutritious.
-
Water Smoothie (fat free yogurt, skim milk, blackberries, banana, raspberries, blueberries) Peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread Cheese cubes
-
Ramen Noodles and peanut butter crackers...
-
Some oatmeal Some eggs with cheese/ham/spinach/mushroom/onion/tomato some watermelon water my usual lunch on a weekday
-
Every single day (with the exception of maybe 1-2 days a week) I have a peanut butter chocolate chip sandwich with white bread, and water. And 2 cookies. I'll add a tiny bit of Nutella if we have any. Every now and then, it's a turkey and cheese sandwich, or a bagel (plain or blueberry) with peanut butter and chocolate sprinkles if available. And I still remain skinny as if my body refuses to go over 124 pounds... It's weird.

Well, I get my lunches on weekdays from my school's cafeteria. If I'm right to assume that they have quality and nutritional standards they must uphold, then my average lunch is kind of nutritious. On the weekends and off-days, however, my lunches are often pretty much entirely meaty protein, so I don't know how that stands in terms of nutritional value.
-
Turkey or Ham sandwhich between rye or whole grain bread. When I mean sandwhich I'm talking about meat, bread, and a tiny bit of Mayo. I also eat a banana, apple, and pineapple. I'll have strawberries when they are in season.

You're using IE wrong.

Prison food and penis for me

I generally don't have lunch.
-
There should be an option for "I don't eat lunch" because that's what mine would be. I very rarely eat anything for lunch.

Edited by Uncle Putin: 9/3/2014 1:33:52 AMAlmost all the food I eat is healthy. I have lean meat every day, plenty of carbs, LOTS of protein, lots of vitamins and nutrients, healthy fats, everything. I hate the vast majority of junk food. After you stop eating it and start eating healthy and experience how great being healthy is, you have absolutely no desire to eat junk foods. Food is not my master, I have mastered it.

I'm still working on taste, but I've got the nutrition part down for cooking. Lunch is a kind of Mexican stew. Green peppers, onions, tomatoes, beans, and chicken. Toss it all in a pot with some random spices, lime juice, and cilantro, and it makes food for days.

Depends. Sometimes I slice a kielbasa sausage and brown it in a pan then cook spinach in the grease. Some days I eat pb oatmeal.
