Wondering what our average life expectancy is.
Very Nutritious:Natural, well cooked meal with fruits, vegetables, protein, all that jazz. Also, no soda/sweets/chips
IE: Deli sandwich with wheat bread, light sauces, and loaded with veggies. An orange, and water/juice.
Kind of nutritious Meal with some fruits or veggies, an alright source of protein (Such as peanut butter, sandwich meat, well cooked beef, or high protein veggies)
A small amount of junk food is permissible
IE: peanut butter jelly sandwich, an apple, and a soda/chips
Not too nutritious Food with little to no balance of nutrients, and a high amount of "bad stuff"
IE: fast food, ramen noodles, hot pockets, soda, and sweets.
If you eat less healthy food than the "not too nutritious option tell us.

Edited by Uncle Putin: 9/3/2014 1:33:52 AMAlmost all the food I eat is healthy. I have lean meat every day, plenty of carbs, LOTS of protein, lots of vitamins and nutrients, healthy fats, everything. I hate the vast majority of junk food. After you stop eating it and start eating healthy and experience how great being healthy is, you have absolutely no desire to eat junk foods. Food is not my master, I have mastered it.
