Wondering what our average life expectancy is.
Very Nutritious:Natural, well cooked meal with fruits, vegetables, protein, all that jazz. Also, no soda/sweets/chips
IE: Deli sandwich with wheat bread, light sauces, and loaded with veggies. An orange, and water/juice.
Kind of nutritious Meal with some fruits or veggies, an alright source of protein (Such as peanut butter, sandwich meat, well cooked beef, or high protein veggies)
A small amount of junk food is permissible
IE: peanut butter jelly sandwich, an apple, and a soda/chips
Not too nutritious Food with little to no balance of nutrients, and a high amount of "bad stuff"
IE: fast food, ramen noodles, hot pockets, soda, and sweets.
If you eat less healthy food than the "not too nutritious option tell us.

Well, I get my lunches on weekdays from my school's cafeteria. If I'm right to assume that they have quality and nutritional standards they must uphold, then my average lunch is kind of nutritious. On the weekends and off-days, however, my lunches are often pretty much entirely meaty protein, so I don't know how that stands in terms of nutritional value.
