Well boys... Got word today that my rotator cuff is torn and needs surgery. Looks like I'll be off work for 4-6 months. I'll be geared up and ready to go by the time you guys reach level 15. See you all in the Tower.

So when do you think you'll have the surgery? Just after the baby is born or before?
