Suggestions for finding a raid group/fireteam

With posts about finding fireteams increasing rapidly on this forum, I think it's time to try and layout some guidlines or rules that will help streamline and organize this process. We have a big clan here, and it could be easy for players to get left behind without some proper foresight. I have two suggestions on my mind, but everyone should feel free to add their opinions and ideas as well! First of all, we need a mega-thread for finding and creating fireteams. Here is a recent post that has a good layout and might suit our needs: http://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Post/123554/68789208/0/0 . Secondly, more along the lines of how to find a group, I think it would be helpful if we tried, where possible and desired, to organize fireteams by time zones. We should have more than enough clan members to form raid groups within our time zones. On a final note, I am worried that the creation of these groups will segregate the clan and lead to players only grouping up with their designated group. We should feel free to do strikes with whoever is online, with the raid being saved for your designated group. Thanks to whoever read this far, sorry for the length.

  • Yea I think grouping people by time zones will be good. Hopefully, we don't leave anyone out! (For the European players) And I feel you for the segregation part... but I doubt the groups are going to be a FULL team (6/6) all the time. I'm sure people will be able to hop from group to group as time passes. :D
