There is no Dog. Anybody who thinks so is deluded.
I don't know why pet stores still exist. There are no such thing as Cats, as Dogs, as grooming. It's all a fantasy and all you loving morons should keep up with the times. BIRDS ARE THE ONLY DOGS YOU'LL EVER NEED.

You're right, it's only a metaphor. "Dog" in itself is a term we've given meaning.
