Xbox One disc crashes at menu.
I'm at the very first screen, the game says destiny, and is playing music. As soon as i press any button, i go to a black screen where nothing loads, but if i press another button it takes me back to the menu
I'm so lost, any tips are more than appreciated.

update has been downloaded and applied, but i don't receive an error code because the game doesn't crash, it just sits in the black screen.
