Yeah looks like I'm in the same boat. My http://halo.bungie.net/Account/Profile.aspx?uid=1850484 says I'm exalted heroic member...I've played all the Halo games linked to b.net and it even shows that on my bungie.next profile under my destiny stuff. Yet I've not gotten a single one of the emblems. I hope Bungie'll look into this and find a fix for this.
