My heroic/legendary emblems just showed up at the Special Orders booth after not being there earlier today. I'd recommend that people start checking again, maybe they sorted something out.

I can also confirm that I've gotten my Heroic/Legendary/Pathfinder emblems. Still no Inner Chamber but I wasn't planning on sporting it anyways.
