Vanguard

Can any tell me where my vanguard weapons are? I have the digital PSN version of Destiny but I have been to the Vanguard quarter master but there are no weapons below Lv5 Help??

You don't get the weapons, what you get is access to them from day one, each weapon costs 250 and is level 5. Confusing I know, I had to search for the answer earlier
