Pre-order Vanguard Items
If you pre-ordered the game and got access to the Vanguard items they are located at the Vanguard quartermaster which is near the vendor who sells you ships. The items are pretty good with a damage of 60 and you are able to buy them at level 5.

4 RepliesThanks for the heads up on this. The original thought here was that we had to wait until level 20 for the special items. Can you touch upon that a bit?
