Missing red sparrow?

I redeemed my code for the Red Sparrow bike 4 hours ago. PSN shows in my transaction history that it was accepted. However the bike has yet to be mailed to me in game. Any idea what to do?

I'm having the same issue on 360. I have checked the postmaster and attempted to redownload. I still can't get it
