I had used some codes for various unlocks and was wondering were they where.... well as it turns out if you put all the codes in that are available you instantly get the grimoire cards but the shaders and emblems need to be manually confirmed in your account! Simply click on your name at the top of the screen click profile then codes on your profile screen , scroll down to emblems and shaders and confirm the unlock and you should get mail at the tower. I hope this helps anyone who has been looking for them like I was.
