Report Bugs and glitches found in Destiny here
I thought it would nice to start a thread here on the forums about all the bugs and glitches we have found. Hopefully if we can get this thread trending Bungie will see it and try to fix some of them.
I'll start it off with some that I've noticed and add more on as this thread progresses.
Bugs / glitches:
1. Revive or chest opening percentage stuck at either 70 or 98 when being revived or opened.
2. Sepiks prime blasts will hit on the ground and not blow up unless you walk into it. Often can be confused for legendary engram drop and will kill you.
3. Spirit blooms still give off light on walls after being picked up.
4. Supers sometimes go through walls. (Warlock super in particular)
5. Finding all of the golden chest sometimes doesn't give you the drop it supposed to.
6. Skill "Transfusion" says that it will begin regenerating health upon a kill with the Storm Fist ability. If the Titan has Shoulder Charge equipped, getting a kill with Shoulder Charge, whether or not Storm Fist is on cooldown, will proc the Transfusion effect
7. Reload animation for The Stranger's Rifle not working properly. Magazine is behind the trigger group but when reloading, the animation shows the magazine being fed in front of the trigger group, similar to an auto rifle.
8. Ship sometimes invisible while in orbit. You also cannot inspect the ships in your inventory, there is an infinite loading circle.
9. When getting killed near a wall your ghost will sometimes spawn in the wall making it impossible for your teammates to revive you.
10. Sometimes on completion of an exotic bounty it will display that an exotic has been earned but there will not be an exotic in your inventory.
11. On startup there will be no sound, you have to go to the dashboard and back into the game to restore sound.
12. Guardian preview sometimes will not load at all just a spinning loading circle similar to the ship's
13. Teams can capture two flags each (4/3 flags) in control matches. Possibly due to connectivity error.
14. Warlock and Titan super can sometimes be used but not actually have any effect. This affects grenades as well.
15. Gun description shows ammo amount at one number and actual gun has smaller or larger clip. This effects some weapons but not all.
Please comment if you have any more bugs or glitches you've found in the game and you want me to add them. If not just leave a comment so we can get this post trending and Bungie will see it! I will put the thread in #Feedback when I get a good amount of responses and feel like we have found enough for them to actually work on.

Queenbreaker's Bow glitch: It's only happened once before I fixed it, but there is a glitch where the Bow will fire its entire magazine in a single charge. Notes: -occurred on PS3 during control matches -glitch seemed to begin during the middle of the match, with unknown causes -glitch will continue to occur even across multiple matches -requires that you unequip and re-equip the Bow for it to work properly again

I noticed the drum of the fatebringer is spinning a little bit of center. If u ads, just lightly pull the trigger without actually shooting, you'll see it spinning a wee bit crooked.

I have a glitch on ps3 where if im in orbit sometimes when i choose to set my destination i get a black screen instead of the planets and i wont let me back out unless i restart the game theres also another glitch where randomly when i spawn in (pve & pvp) my HUD doesnt show up and the only way to fix it is to keep going into my menu over and over again until it shows up and even if I do fix it, itll just happen again the next time i spawn in so im forced to restart destiny also sometimes when i spawn in the reef variks cape thing on his waist glitches around

After completing the first level once and viewing my stats it shows that I've completed the level twice.

I have a graphical bug. The titan mark I received for completing the main quest line for the dark below dlc doesn't render correctly and shows black and purple checkers instead. It isn't just for me, it shows the error for my friends too.

When using a heavy synth sometimes it won't be used but you will still have to wait the 5 mins before trying again.

2 RepliesAlso not sure if this is a glitch and if it's already been mentioned, which I'd imagine it has, but if you're standing in water you can shoot your foot and kill yourself with any weapon (from what I can tell)

I have to complete any strike quests twice for it to show completed.

Bungie mentioned fixing the sword/movement speed glitch prior to How release and still haven't.

Sometimes when I try to fire the Party Crasher +1 in PvP, it won't fire anything. The gun can have all rounds in the magazine ready to fire but I'll need to double/triple tap the fire button before the gun responds. I've died too many times because of this. A few people I have played with have experienced the same issue.

iron banner is not giving rewards i won like three games and got no rep from it .. how long till i get my reward

Sometimes in PoE, if you use a heavy synth while in the "waiting for teammate to revive you" stage, when you're revived you'll receive no heavy ammo and the synth will be gone, and there will still be a 5 minute cooldown. Happened to my friend and he was furious :3

In PoE the titan grenade that stuns enemies rarely works. Maybe 1/5 chance it stuns. They get the red haze over thier head indicating they should be stunned but still shoot and run around like normal.

I've had this bug since I started playing over a year ago. The postmaster always shows I have items to collect and when I access it I get 6 emblems.. all of which I've collected.

Not a bug/glitch, but a translation error: In the german version of the game, the description of the perk last round states that the last bullet deals increased precision damage, even though that's not the case (as we know, bodyshot damage is increased as well).

Something I noticed during The Devil's Lair strike: When two guardians (I'm guessing it can be more than two also) deploy their ghosts on an objective at the same time both ghosts will show up and chase after each other. It's not anything game-breaking, obviously, but it's still their and I'm sure it's not supposed to happen.

Flying enemies in poe. If the door closes with an enemy inside, it spits it out at high velocity. Not a really big deal. More funny to see, but can kill you if hit. Seen it happen, just roflmao when it did.

I only freeze with ToO it is stupid. I can play elimination just fine but not ToO. I freeze every round transition.

Ok I understand not getting a gjallahorn yet with any of my 3 34 characters because it's not guaranteed. But I postedplayed the 34 prison of elders and did not get my ethic light drop. And it was not in the post office. This was around 7/4.

Last week, a vanilla gun I've had for many months suddenly had different perks than it had ever had before. It still has them. I miss Surplus on my Deviant Gravity. I'd like it back.

I just started a new hunter, and in the Dark Within Mission in the Cosmodrome, you can get out of the map by driving a sparrow into a corner in the corridor before the locked door. (Two dregs spawn here in this room in patrol). From here you can get to where the Witch spawns and create endless thralls without spawning other enemies
