Bug/Inconsistency with the Striker Titan skills:
Skill "Transfusion" says that it will begin regenerating health upon a kill with the Storm Fist ability. If the Titan has Shoulder Charge equipped, getting a kill with Shoulder Charge, whether or not Storm Fist is on cooldown, will proc the Transfusion effect. Not sure if this is intended or not.

I am not sure either, I added it until it is proven not to be a bug. :)
