It happened to me and two randoms that invited me on that Mars strike mission. On the final boss area, someone tried running behind the pillar from the Cabal boss but he shot him and his ghost spawn is inside the pillar. No way to revive him, we managed to finish the boss off while that guy was AFK the whole time. There was a similar case with mines too. But this was during the beta. I was finding ways to glitch and stuff. XD

But this can be fixed if the killed player has to wait for respawn.

Heroic missions require you to be revived to come back in so that's where it would be a major inconveniece.

I'm on the Xbox 360 but does Vanguard Playlist counts as doing strike missions? I usually do Vanguard Tiger for strike missions

Yes it does. They are the strike missions.

But it's not heroic when I played it

The heroic ones are on the side of the planet map when you reach lvl 20 there is a daily and a weekly. They usually give you good stuff too.

Yeah but I tend to avoid that Playlist until I get better light attribute gear xD I'm currently level 23
