Step 1: remove destiny from system Step 2: remove self from forums I like the game. You aren't getting any enjoyment out of it? Stop playing and play something you like. Bitching about it doesn't make destiny more fun.

For future reference, never join the hype. Nine times out of ten, the game is blown completely out of proportion with inferences being popularized. I didn't look at the forums until after I got beta where I could make my own analysis without the affects of other peoples opinions jumping to conclusions. The hype train that happened before this game was terrible. After I saw two posts of it, I stayed out. All the hype train consisted of was a bunch of people talking like they knew something about the game, then pointing to vague references from either other people, trailers, or DeeJ's posts. Then people who listened to this guy who sounded like he knew inside information, blindly follow his inference without even bothering to look into it themselves or asking themselves "What if it's not?". I personally do not mind the rage some people are experiencing since it is their own fault for not doing some solid research, or resisting the temptation of following the bloated hype.

I'm just loving on how quite a few users are saying to get off the forums even though destiny was not bungie's only game and the forums weren't designed just for destiny in the beginning

I love it, but then again I love games that have a good grind to them like D3 and BL. Not sure what you mean by guns are inconsistent

I'm still playing it, I love the atmosphere. Set goals for yourself, it helps. Do the weekly things, get all gold chests, public events, ect. This game, however, isn't fun playing it solo. Bring a friend or two. :T
