Why do Legendary engrams give rare/blue items?
For the 2nd time now i've had a legendary engram drop only to be given a blue not even level 20 item.
Can someone explain this -blam!-ery?

6 RepliesYeah, it's pretty dumb and I will never see the logic behind it. I hope it's to be patched soon because otherwise it just comes off as an excuse to keep us grinding so that we don't notice the lack of content and creativity.
