They do acknowledge that there is a problem.. but it's ours. Right now it seems like I - for exsample - should try and buy a new router for this game. There are people out there who did that and it helped. But to be honest.. I can play every other game without any problems. I could play Halo 3, Reach and 4 for hours without any lag or disconnects. I could play WoW even when one of those "your whole screen is full of players, because we are going to raid another factions city!"-events happened.
I wont buy a new router for Destiny, just because this one game has some selfmade connection problems. Right now it seems like I have to deside if I want to play Destiny (new router) or not. I wont buy new hardware for one game just because it's network code causes probably trouble with my router.. not as long as every other online game out there works fine..
@Bungie: Communication is important when something like this happens. Other companies acted the same way you guys did when they had some connectivity problems right after game release. You know what happens when companies act like this? People get angry. Just post somewhere that you are looking into all of these issues, including error code bee, and everyone is happy. Write things like that not really helpfull text on your page ("Error Code: Bee") and people get mad.
