Im on 360 and have seen nothing. The only thing I can think of is after I beat the final mission, I jumped into a cavern, died, and couldn't reapawn. But it's not a big deal. Edit: black screen in the tower no loading symbol, and background noises. , couldn't do anything until I hit the xbox home button.
