With the exotic pulse rifle "Bad JUJU" if you reload but then cancel the reload after the clip has been filled you have to wait a second to be able to shoot. Unlike all other weapons which can be fired immediately.

Reload canceling is an exploit and so I am gonna go ahead and say that the delay may be purposeful.

Okay. I'll repeat. Unlike ALL OTHER WEAPONS in the game which can be fired immediately. P.S. If it was an exploit and not a mechanic they would take it out of the game. simple.
