I am pretty sure you may have misread it because I've only seen Legendaries that had a chance at uncommons to exotics plus the additional other option for motes of light or strange coins or ascendant shards, ect...

It's possible it glitched and only showed 2 options, I'm 100% it only showed 2. I bet that's the issue. Because your right they usually all say a bunch of items can occur
