WTF is the Cryptarch's problem?
The cryptarch is Pure Evil.
After HOURS of grinding I finally get a Primary Weapon Legendary Enegram and do you know what that asshole gave me?
A -blam!-ING PULSAR MSm!!! THE WORST GUN N THE WHOLE -blam!-ING GAME

this happened to me. I got a legendary engram for a primary and got a uncommon hand cannon. And my cryptarch was level 4

But then their came he, he is the light what i can see with, The post master. Anyone els getting the feeling that Bungie ninja nerfed both drops and the engrams? I've been getting complete garbage the past day. I'm lvl 9 cryptarch and last week it felt like I had reached the point where blue engrams always turned in to blue engrams. Now I just got five green items from 6 blue engrams O_o Chest respawns seem slower too.

I got to level 5 and got two legendary and one blue engram. I got two blues and an exotic. Fast forward I level 7 and three blue engrams for getting there. Two greens and a level 16 blue. He is all over the place.

I'm almost level 10 with my cryptarch, and he still only has the occasional green item, mostly white gear..but never a blue item. By now the game should know that I don't need that crappy green gear. And it seems that regardless of how high you raise his level, it has ZERO affect in anything that he decrypts for you.
