After HOURS of grinding I finally get a Primary Weapon Legendary Enegram and do you know what that asshole gave me?

I got to level 5 and got two legendary and one blue engram. I got two blues and an exotic. Fast forward I level 7 and three blue engrams for getting there. Two greens and a level 16 blue. He is all over the place.
