I get legendary engrams very very rarely without grinding & when I do I expect them to be a freaking legendary but NOPE not according to the cryptarch it's a more useless blue then what you have but Mr. Lucky over their already has all legendaries equipped plus 2 exotics *flips table* Not to mention the countless times blues turned out to be greens. Sure I expect it not to be easy but this is just flat out lieing when I see a engram of a certain color I use to get excited now when I see it I say aloud "bet $50 that'll be a blue or green" if you want me to have greens give me greens not blues that turn out to be green. If I actually get a engram of a certain color I expect it to be that color....
