One for the drop.
One for it actually being legendary.
One for being the right class.

Yep lol And the fourth, that it actually has better stats than what you already have lol someone in my clan got an exotic shotgun, it had weaker stats than the legendary I have but had a cool extra attribute though. An interesting trade off.
