I got an exotic helm for a Hunter today. I'm a warlock. Not that I'm complaining...I'll eventually roll a Hunter. But seriously engram farm. If he's ten or above in level he'll generally give you whatever the engram says it is. It's not his problem. It's just people keep throwing their legendaries to him without knowing better.
