After being shafted 5 times out of legendary gear I beat the shit out of him with the soccer ball and threatened him with the almighty purple ball and he gave in and gave me a set of legendary boots.

Lol. There is a soccer ball you can kick around and a purple ball you can knock around at the tower. Just something to do while waiting for people to finish up with vendors.
