I've turned in at least 5 RARE items and the -blam!-ing things just disappear. I just got motes of light. Is that right? each of them had a picture of a gun, helmet, body armor or gauntlet and i got motes of f*ing light. I've bought GREEN colored (uncommon) things from him and he decrypted them into regular sucky items that were 9 levels below mine (lvl 20). I think there's something wrong with it for sure.

Mote of Light is good dude, trust me, that's a good thing to get out of a rare, there is much worse.

Quick question, will Legendary decode to modes of light too? I got 2 Legendary drops and after decoding i got more Motes of Light and no gear.

basically there is only a slim chance of getting legendary stuff from a legendary engram...if that makes sense at all. IT's BS!
