I've had 5 legendary engrams total and that muddayucka gave me rares for all of them! WTF?!!!! @_@

Same here, but.. he did give me a legendary for a rare engram.. Not sure it balances out though?

I booted it up before work this morning, got to Dead Orbit rank 2, bought their chest piece, and suddenly legendary engrams WITH ACTUAL LEGENDARY ITEMS started dropping out the wazoo not to mention a freaking exotic helmet. So I'm not sure if our gods at bungie heard me complaining or you just need to break the barrier to get that first piece.
