One of the issues I have is being level 20 (24 including my light) and when I decrypt items they're level 16 or 18. They're supposed to decrypt into items for my level that's why these people run around saying save them until you hit 20 which I don't agree with because you rank up as you decrypt but that's another topic altogether. It would at least be nice to decrypt something and compare it to my existing gear to see if it's even slightly better.
