Dear Bungie, By now you would have realized that fans of the game Destiny are disappointed by the lack of a compelling storyline. I am one of those fans. I also want to say I love the game. It is fun and I dont mind grinding for gear because it is different based off of the people I am playing with at the time. However, the story is very disappointing. As a sci-fy geek I love a great space opera with a deep and detailed universe and lore. This game leaves me unfullfilled in that way. I know that you will release updates and expand the story more but I am begging you to listen to the fans. I bought the limited edition at midnight on 9/9 and took days off work to play and level up my character but the story is the only piece of the game that I wish I could fix. So Bungie, please set up listening sessions for the fans, go around the world and do fan events that get feedback on how to improve the story. Listen to the people that love this game and the community you are building so that we can grow and prosper in the universe you have created. In the short term I think free DLC that explains the world better and lets you play a deep SOLO mission would be amazing. Tell us why my Guardian matters, who am I and where did I come from (also I have read the Grimore cards and that story is amazing, put it in the game and not online only most people will not read all of those cards). Bungie you are amazing and the game is fantastic but listen to your fans when they say that they wanted a better story from the start and not the disconnected and under explained story we received. I have faith that you will remedy this problem and I plan to be with you for the next 10 years. See you star side.
