So I didnt earn last week's mark cap..
So let's say I didnt earn last week's mark cap, (About 88 lets say).
Will I be able to make up those leftover 12 from last week?
Because if you cant, wouldnt that turn off the newer player base?

If I'm understanding your question, are you meaning will you be able to get 112 to make up for the ones you didn't earn? Then the answer is no. That would be silly. It won't affect new players, why would you assume that? They will be just like everyone else, they have to earn it.

You cannot make them up, everyone is capped at 100 a week regardless of how many you collected the week before
