The postmaster shows a green icon as if he has something for me to pickup (Emblems). The ones he has, I already have and cannot take them or clear them. This happened after I entered reward codes into the website.

You might already have allocated the 9 slots you are aloud to have. Just clear a few you don't care for and then you should be able to take em.
