Its been twelve hours and still no help or even acknowledgement from bungie about my issue.

12 hours later, and not only do I still no have my lost item. I have not even heard one squeak out of anyone working for bungie. At 6:30 am or so I spent 23 motes of light on the exotic engram. I went to the crypto and then nothing. No exotic. No legendary. No Blue, green, or white. No mats. No glimmer. NO NOTHING! And still not a damn word from bungie as to why after 12+ hours. I don't spend time farming shit in a game just to have it all have been a waste of my life. Rectify this issue, or tomorrow I will be going and getting my money back for this game, because clearly bugs and glitches don't matter to you. **** the customer. Its an enormous waste of time and if I don't get some customer support on this it will be game breaking. The reason WoW has been as big as it has been is due to the fact they took the grindy bs away, and their customer support actually is prompt and helpful. If you expect to hold a player base at all, you better set up ways for us to communicate with you and actually help when we ask for it. I expect a reply, and hopefully my shit with the post master within the next few hours. If not I'll be returning this game tomorrow. Again. Not spending hours on end farming just to get screwed over due to a game bug.
